"When I had an important callback for the Alabama Shakespeare Festival during a jam-packed week, with exactly one hour to prepare on the morning of the audition, I knew exactly what to do. I called Cheryl Stern. And I booked it. I've never worked with a coach who can so quickly and consistently help me find the arc, nuance, action, beats, humor, stakes, vulnerability and honesty of any audition side. More to the point: her unflagging energy, warmth and enthusiasm make working FUN and FREE. Yet her work is so specific that I can always count on the results to be dropped in by audition time. So far I've booked every role I've coached with her--all central roles at prestigious regionals. Cheryl Stern is my secret weapon."
